How Juniper & Forge protects, uses, and respects your personal information across our website and remodeling consultations.

Last updated: October 2024
Information we collect

When you request a consultation, estimate, or project assessment, we collect relevant contact details and property specifications.

This includes your name, phone number, email address, physical property address in Acworth or surrounding communities, and architectural details regarding your home renovation or outdoor living project.

How your data is used

We use your information exclusively to prepare remodeling proposals, manage active builds, and maintain direct client communication.

Your project specs allow our design-build team to coordinate site visits, calculate material schedules, obtain necessary municipal permits, and keep you informed at each phase of construction.

Third-party disclosures

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with external advertisers or unassociated third parties.

Information is shared strictly with trusted project stakeholders—such as licensed trade partners, structural engineers, and permitting inspectors—solely to carry out your project.

Data protection & storage

Project files, proposals, and personal contacts are stored in encrypted environments with restricted internal access.

We implement physical, technical, and managerial safeguards to protect your records from unauthorized access, accidental alteration, or disclosure.

Cookies & site analytics

Our website uses essential and performance cookies to understand page traffic and improve your browsing experience.

You can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies at any time. Doing so will not prevent you from browsing our project galleries or submitting inquiry forms.

Your rights & choices

You retain full control over the personal information you have shared with our team.

You may request a copy of your stored records, ask for corrections, or request that we delete your non-contractual contact history by contacting our office.

Terms of service

Guidelines governing design consultations, architectural planning, and general contracting with Juniper & Forge.

Effective Date: Current VersionLocation: Acworth, Georgia
01.

Agreement to terms

By engaging Juniper & Forge for architectural design consultations, project estimates, or general contracting services, you agree to these terms. All project agreements are formally bound through written proposals signed prior to the commencement of any onsite or studio work.

02.

Design and construction scope

Our design-build process relies on detailed initial scopes and collaborative reviews. Architectural proposals, material specifications, and estimates remain valid for thirty days. Any client-requested alterations or unforeseen structural conditions encountered during construction will be documented and authorized through a written change order before work proceeds.

03.

Intellectual property

All custom architectural drawings, 3D renderings, floor plans, structural layouts, and millwork designs developed by Juniper & Forge remain the intellectual property of Juniper & Forge. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use completed drawings solely for the renovation or construction of the designated property.

04.

Payment schedules and retainers

Projects follow structured milestone schedules tied directly to verifiable progress—such as design approval, demolition completion, framing sign-off, and substantial completion. Initial retainers secure project scheduling and custom material procurement. All invoices are payable within terms stated on each billing agreement.

05.

Warranties and craftsmanship standards

We construct every project in strict compliance with current Georgia state and local municipal building codes. Juniper & Forge provides a comprehensive one-year craftsmanship warranty on all structural and finish installations performed by our team, alongside manufacturer warranties on fixtures, appliances, and materials.

06.

Governing law and legal contact

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any formal questions, legal notices, or inquiries regarding our contracting agreements should be directed in writing to our Acworth office.
